Overview:

The Foreign Minister Science & Technology Advisers Network (FMSTAN) met at the Tufts European Center in Talloires, France, on September 14-16, 2017 for the 2^nd International Dialogue on Science and Technology Advice in Foreign Ministries, co-convened by the Science Diplomacy Center and the International Network for Government Science Advice. The meeting included 18 countries and their representatives.
